Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting in Jakarta Utara. You will act as the primary bridge for technical financial communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, ensuring workflows are accurate and compliant.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting with 3–5 years in finance, strong PSAK/tax knowledge, and expertise in high-volume inventory accounting, Excel, and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting with supervisory exposure.
• Deep knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax laws.
• Experience in high-volume inventory accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Professional English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, for daily communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for VP FAT review.
• Oversee daily accounting entries and ensure accurate General Ledger maintenance.
• Translate and communicate financial data and tax implications for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Ensure 100% PSAK and Indonesian tax compliance (PPN, PPh 21/23/25).
• Coordinate with external auditors and maintain meticulous tax and financial documentation.

Job Role:

The Mandarin-speaking Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations and financial reporting while acting as the primary bridge for technical financial communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. You will act as the primary bridge for technical financial communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, ensuring that our financial workflows are continuously optimized for accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for VP FAT review.
• Accounting Operations: Oversee daily accounting entries and ensure accurate General Ledger maintenance.
• Bilingual Coordination: Act as a bridge, translating local financial data and tax implications for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with proven experience as a Supervisor, preferably in Consumer Electronics, Retail, or IT industries
• Deep knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian Tax laws
• Experience in high-volume inventory accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• Professional English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, for daily communication with stakeholders and reporting
• High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving financial workflows
