Job summary

PT Tiens Indonesia Logistics Trading is seeking a Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaking) to join our Jakarta team. Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee daily accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance, while bridging Mandarin-speaking management with the head office.

You will supervise AP/AR/GL, close monthly and year-end, implement policies, and mentor accounting staff, leveraging MAS and Excel to deliver timely, accurate financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) with professional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting activities (AP, AR, GL) and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes on schedule.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure tax compliance.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to Mandarin-speaking management.
