Job summary

ATI Business Group, a travel and hospitality solutions provider, is seeking a Finance Staff to join the Finance & Operations Associate team in Indonesia. You will support a variety of finance and operational processes, ensuring transactions, records, and day-to-day business activities are completed accurately and on time.

The role emphasizes data integrity, reconciliation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• English proficiency CEFR B2 or above.
• Willing to work on rotating roster including overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Based in BSD and/or Jakarta.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of work accurately.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience in finance, accounting, business operations, or shared services through full-time work, internships, or relevant academic projects.
• Experience in processing high volumes of transactions or operational tasks.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, financial systems, or business operation platforms.
• Experience working in a BPO/shared services/multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify, process, and record financial transactions and operational requests accurately within SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation while ensuring data integrity.
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally within turnaround times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily finance and operational activities.
• Perform reconciliation and administrative tasks to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
• Support ad hoc back-office activities and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to achieving team productivity, quality, and service performance targets.

Is This You?
