Job summary

Monee is seeking an Accounting/Finance Associate to support monthly closings across multiple entities. You will prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and assist with AP/AR processes while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

You will work with bank reconciliations, GL postings, and asset records, contributing to internal controls and process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of accounting/finance experience; interns welcome.
• Familiar with PSAK, journal entries, GL accounting.
• Experience with AP/AR, bank reconciliations, month-end closing is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank accounts and record related transactions.
• Handle AP processes: review documents, pay requests, payments.
• Support AR processes: billing, receipts, unbilled receivables.
• Prepare GL entries including accruals and payroll-related journals.
• Maintain fixed asset records and related entries.
• Prepare documentation for loan write-offs and financing transactions.
• Perform intercompany balance confirmations and reconciliations.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
