Job summary

Monee Credit, a leading digital payments and financial services provider, is seeking an experienced Finance (Loan Reconciliation) professional for its Jakarta team. The role focuses on accurate reconciliations of loan disbursements, repayments, and financing entries to support reliable financial records.

You will collaborate with Finance Operations and cross-functional teams, driving process improvements and timely reporting for HQ while ensuring compliance with internal controls and standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, financial reporting, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Familiarity with IFRS or PSAK; lending accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close processes.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP platforms (Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of loan disbursements, repayments, clawbacks, and settlements with bank funders.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies with internal stakeholders and banking partners.
• Prepare month-end schedules including amortisation of prepayments, fees, and financing transactions.
• Record journal entries for loan financing, borrowings, accruals, and related transactions.
• Reconcile repayment transactions between system reports and bank statements; resolve items with Finance Ops.
• Support monthly financial closing and reporting for HQ.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Marketing, Legal, and intercompany teams on financial transactions and accruals.
• Prepare documentation for loan write-offs and financing activities; ensure controls.
