Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring in Jakarta is seeking an Accounting Staff Intern to support the Finance & Accounting team with daily recording of financial transactions and documentation. You will assist in journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR maintenance, and monthly closings.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or fresh graduates in Accounting or Finance, detail-oriented, proficient with Excel or Google Sheets, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Comfortable with large transaction data.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Assist with journal entries and general ledger recording.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Verify invoices, receipts, payment documents, and other supporting documents.
• Assist in managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable records.
• Organize and maintain accounting documents and supporting files.
• Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Help reconcile accounting records with bank statements and internal data.
• Support audit, tax, and other finance-related documentation when required.
• Perform other accounting and finance administrative tasks as assigned.
