Job summary

BP AKR Fuels Retail is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee Accounts Receivable, Banking Facilities, and Company Insurance. You will monitor cash flow, minimize credit risk, and protect assets across SPBU operations by maintaining strong banking relationships and comprehensive insurance coverage.

The role requires 5–7 years in finance with AR, banking, and insurance exposure, plus ERP/Excel skills and stakeholder coordination. Based in Jakarta, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance with focus on AR, banking facilities, and insurance management.
• Retail/fuel retail (SPBU) or multi-site operations experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in financial reporting; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, monitor trade receivables, and ensure timely collections.
• Manage and monitor all banking facilities and related instruments.
• Oversee company insurance policies, renewals, and claims processes.
• Prepare AR, banking, and insurance reports for management.
• Develop policies, SOPs, and SLAs for AR, banking, and insurance processes.
• Support audits related to receivables, banking facilities, and insurance.
