Job summary

PT Fajar Gelora Inti is looking for a Finance Supervisor to coordinate cash inflow from AR and other sources, ensure timely payments, and manage budgeting for jobs and non-jobs. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to keep finances stable and compliant.

The successful candidate will oversee AP/AR operations, liaise with banks for payments and LC processes, and prepare financial reports. Jakarta-based with immediate joining.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Experience as Finance Supervisor Level.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed at Mangga Dua, Central Jakarta.
• Able to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cash inflow and AR to keep finances stable.
• Coordinate and control the planning of payment of company obligations.
• Plan and coordinate preparation of budgets for jobs and non-jobs.
• Coordinate with divisions for general financial planning and costs.
• Communicate with banks for T/T, L/C, and overseas payment processes.
• Handle AP checks and AR collections to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate reports related to bank transfers, expenditures, and AR/AP performance.
• Perform other tasks ordered by superiors to achieve targets.
