Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of finance; at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong PSAK knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Experience managing audits and banking relationships.
• Mining industry background is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, treasury, reporting, budgeting, and tax coordination.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure PSAK compliance and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate external audits with auditors and internal teams.
• Provide financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Strengthen controls and reporting accuracy.
• Partner with operations on CAPEX/OPEX planning.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
