Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per Indonesian standards.
• Prepare financial analysis for the China headquarters.

PT Genergy Global Indonesia – A subsidiary of a company headquartered in Xiamen, China, and the official license holder of Midea HVAC and Linvol Elevators & Escalators. Established in Jakarta since 2024, we have successfully handled various projects for major corporate groups across Indonesia.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to lead our HVAC projects from planning to completion.

What You'll Do:

Finance

Manage the company's full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards.

Prepare financial analysis reports and business performance data for the China headquarters.

Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and fund allocation.

Tax

Independently handle tax filing and payments, including:
Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan), Employee Income Tax (PPh 21), Withholding Tax on Services, Monthly Corporate Income Tax Installments (PPh 25), Value Added Tax (PPN/VAT)

Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and requirements.

Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors for annual audits and tax examinations.

Who You Are:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.

Estimation Skills: Ability to independently manage a full set of accounts and tax filings, including PPh Badan, PPh 21, Withholding Tax, PPh 25, and PPN.

Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting and taxation regulations.

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Language: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
