Job summary

PT Sinopacific Peralatan Indonusa is seeking a Finance Leader to oversee the general ledger, month-end and year-end closings, and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. You will lead budgeting/forecasting, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory filings.

The role requires 5–8 years in accounting/finance with 2–3 years in supervision, strong knowledge of PFRS, taxation, and internal controls, plus experience with ERP systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in accounting or finance, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (PFRS), taxation and internal controls.
• Experience with accounting/ERP software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the general ledger and lead month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting, and explain variances to management.
• Manage cash flow, payments, collections and working capital.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, BIR requirements and other statutory filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors and strengthen internal controls.
• Supervise, coach and develop the finance team.
• Improve finance processes, systems and reporting.
