Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance or accounting
• 3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager in an Indonesian manufacturing plant
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial compliance for industry
• Experience in tax audits and annual reviews
• Experience in cost accounting, budget management, and internal controls
• Strong risk awareness and funding risk control
• Fluent English; Mandarin speakers preferred

Responsibilities

• Take overall charge of the financial management of the Indonesian plant, including accounting, taxation, funding, cost, budgeting, and internal controls
• Establish and improve financial management systems, approval processes, and internal control framework to mitigate risks
• Prepare annual budgets, control expenses and analyze profits with business reporting
• Oversee tax planning, compliant tax filing, and response to tax audits and annual reviews
• Manage funding plans, cash flow, and coordinated payments to safeguard funds
• Lead the finance team, assign tasks, review accounting work, and foster staff development
• Liaise with group finance, local accounting firms, tax authorities, banks, and park compliance inspections
