Ideal candidate has 12+ years in finance, 5+ years in senior leadership, and deep experience in hospitals or regulated sectors, with strong SAP/ERP and system integration

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in accounting, finance, economics; master's degree advantageous
• 12+ years progressive finance experience; 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in hospitals, healthcare, regulated industries, or capital-intensive businesses preferred
• Strong FP&A, accounting, audit, treasury, tax, funding, internal controls, commercial finance, SAP/ERP, and system integration
• Solid understanding of PSAK/IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations; governance and controls
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English at professional level

Aufgaben

• Lead and direct the entire Finance function aligned with strategy and governance
• Translate strategy into financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to the Board and stakeholders
• Provide profitability analysis by service, product, physician, payer, and partner
• Manage cash flow planning, liquidity, and working capital for hospital operations
• Lead, develop, and evaluate performance, succession planning, and continuity
