Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Drive strategic financial planning and reporting for executive management.
• Monitor profitability by department and service line to identify growth and cost optimization.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury, working capital, and internal controls.
• Evaluate capital investments and CAPEX planning for equipment and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, taxation, and healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with banks, auditors, and insurers.
