Job summary

Fontaine Vitale seeks a seasoned Finance & Accounting leader to manage full sets of accounts, ensure IFRS and local standards compliance, and oversee month-end and year-end closes. The role requires coordinating tax reporting, budgeting, and timely financial statements for HQ while leading a team and liaising with banks, auditors, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance from a reputable university.
• 10+ years of working experience in similar roles or audit.
• Big 4 audit experience would be an added advantage.
• Willing to be posted to Bali (Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Sanur) upon completion of wellness centre in 2026/2027.
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus point.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts and ensure IFRS/IFRS and local standards compliance.
• Monitor month-end closing and year-end statutory audits.
• Prepare monthly management reports, quarterly financial reports, and statutory statements for HQ.
• Ensure timely tax reporting and compliance with tax authorities.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan, tax agents, and regulators.
• Lead and develop the Finance and Accounting team, delivering routine and ad-hoc requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Travel to Bali construction site when required.
