Job summary

Yayasan Plan International Indonesia is seeking a Senior Project Finance Officer to lead financial planning, monitoring, and donor reporting for an international WASH program based in Kupang, NTT. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.

Responsibilities include managing transactions, budgeting, and coordinating with IPs and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or commerce.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in INGOs or donors.
• Strong English language skills for professional communication.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Experience with SAP Finance & Project Module is desirable.
• Experience managing donor-funded projects and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage project financial transactions, including payments and ledgers.
• Monitor fund disbursements, budget utilization, and donor compliance.
• Review payment requests and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Prepare donor financial reports and ensure audit readiness.
• Support SAP data cleansing and project close-out activities.
• Collaborate with PMU, Finance, and budget holders on forecasts.
