Job summary

Plan International Indonesia is seeking a MERL Specialist based in Kupang, NTT, to lead monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning across WASH and health-related initiatives. You will design ME frameworks, develop indicators, and coordinate data collection with partners and local teams.

Your role focuses on ensuring high-quality data, timely reporting, and evidence-based decision-making to strengthen programme design and donor compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in results-based management and TOC.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to lead PMERL activities in health or WASH contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead ME plans and tools, ensure data quality and timeliness.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting for donor and internal use.
• Prepare monitoring reports, dashboards, and learning products for stakeholders.
• Oversee baseline and end-line evaluations and ensure learning loops.
