Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage collection results for operational costs and debt payments.
• Oversee daily cash receipts and bank facilities.
• Supervise petty cash and local/imported accounts payable.
• Prepare inflow vs outflow cash flow reports weekly and monthly.
• Process import payments and coordinate with banks.
• Review and approve purchase requests for local and imported goods.
• Manage local and imported AP reports.

Job description

Assist the Director Operational in managing and overseeing all daily and strategic financial functions across the Head Office and Warehouse. Ensure optimal management of company cash flow and mitigation of financial risks, while ensuring that financial operational processes (AP, AR, budget control and bank administration) run efficiently and in accordance with policies and targets established by management.

Key responsibilities

Manage Collection Results for routine expenses (Operational Costs, Local Trade Debt Payments / Imports, and Capex)

Manage Daily Cash Receipt (DCR)

Manage correspondence of Bank Facilities: loan, LC, TT and combined trade

Supervise Petty Cash

Supervise and approve Local Accounts Payable, either Central Purchases or Warehouse Purchases

Daily, Weekly, Monthly Inflow vs Outflow Cashflow Report

Manage/supervise Local and Imported Accounts Payable Outstanding Report

Process import payments, including coordination with the bank

Review and approval of purchase requests for local and imported goods

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Finance Junior Manager in a financial management position, especially in distribution and trading company

Living in the Serpong–Tangerang area

Strong communication and presentation skills

A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data

Critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills

Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
