Job summary

PT Esco Chemicals Mitrautama seeks an experienced Finance Junior Manager to lead daily and strategic financial functions at the Head Office and Warehouse in Serpong. You will ensure optimal cash flow management, mitigate financial risks, and oversee AP/AR, budget control, and bank administration in line with management targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
Min 5 years as Finance Junior Manager in a distribution/trading company.
Based in the Serpong–Tangerang area.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Keen eye for detail with data analysis.
Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Familiar with Accurate Apps.
High integrity and ability to handle confidential matters.

Responsibilities

Manage collection results for operational costs and debt payments.
Oversee daily cash receipts and bank facilities.
Supervise petty cash and local/imported accounts payable.
Prepare inflow vs outflow cash flow reports weekly and monthly.
Process import payments and coordinate with banks.
Review and approve purchase requests for local and imported goods.
Manage local and imported AP reports.
