Job summary

PT.Pratama Abadi Industri is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, at the Serpong, South Tangerang site. You will manage financial reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

The role requires 6–10 years in finance or accounting management, strong modeling and data analysis skills, and awareness of Health, Safety & Work Environment norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in a Finance/Accounting manager or similar role.
• Expertise with bookkeeping and financial reports.
• Experience with tax reporting; brevet A & B preferred.
• Budgeting experience for projects or resources in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software).
• Certified Chartered Accountant is a plus.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills.
• Health, Safety & Work Environment awareness as a top priority.
• Willing to be placed at Serpong, South Tangerang.
