Job summary

Fresh Factory in South Jakarta is seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee daily finance operations, ensure SOP compliance, and manage cash flow, AP/AR, and monthly closings.

You will analyze financial reports, provide insights to management, and coordinate with internal teams on financial planning. The role requires leadership to supervise the finance team and deliver accurate financial administration on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with prior experience as Supervisor or Assistant Manager level.
• Strong understanding of cash flow management, AP/AR, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
