Job summary

The role covers invoicing, AR/AP, payroll, monthly closing, cash flow forecasting, and coordination with consultants, as well as BPJS and tax-related tasks. A 3–5 year track record with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills is desired.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of experience
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
• Highly organized in documentation
• Experience with project costing or contract/milestone-based billing (valued)

Responsibilities

• Invoice, AR/AP, petty cash, reimbursement, and bank reconciliation
• Monthly closing, cash-flow forecast, and coordination with consultants
• Payroll, BPJS, PPh 21, and basic HR administration
