Job summary

PT. TJUFOO SUKSES GLOBAL in Jakarta is seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to manage daily and monthly cash reports, reconcile bank accounts, and oversee AP/AR journals.

You will coordinate with tax consultants for VAT and Art 21/23, prepare depreciation schedules, and maintain asset records. Bachelor’s in finance/accounting with 3+ years’ experience and ERP proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, or finance-related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in finance operations, AP, AR, and Treasury.
• Proficient with Accurate and Journal ERP.
• Experience in Reconciliation and Audit Procedures.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Compliance-oriented personality.
• Brevet A & B certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and monthly petty cash reports.
• Prepare and reconcile bank accounts and monthly balance sheets.
• Verify Cash Advance (CA) and external invoice.
• Review AP and AR journals.
• Prepare and propose a payment plan in accordance with company priorities.
• Ensure all payment supporting documents are properly documented and delivered to relevant parties.
• Manage and maintain company asset records, including asset value and depreciation.
• Prepare monthly expense reports covering closing, trend analysis, depreciation, and amortization.
• Manage working capital loans and monitor their utilization.
• Manage bank accounts and ensure proper recording in accordance with standards.
• Prepare journals related to interest expenses (capital/interest journal entries).
• Maintain payroll records per division through proper journal entry processes.
• Monitor and ensure accurate recording of loan deductions.
• Collaborate with the tax consultant in the monthly closing process, specifically related to Tax Art 21 (non-employee), Art 23, Art 4(2) and VAT.
• Perform tax General Ledger (GL) reconciliation and record journal entries for all filed and reported monthly and annual tax returns (SPT).
• Collaborate with the operations team and oversee financial aspects.
