Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Min 5 years in Finance or Accounting, with managerial leadership.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow, reporting and cost control.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decisive.
• Proven leadership and team management.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Experience in shipping/oil & gas/mining is advantageous.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Finance Head to lead and oversee the company's financial operations, ensure effective financial management, and provide strategic financial insights to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the company's overall financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, financial planning, and reporting.

Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and financial performance analysis.

Monitor budget realization, operational expenses, and cost efficiency.

Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management for business decision-making.

Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting.

Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with the accounting and tax teams.

Manage financial risks and maintain effective internal controls.

Lead, develop, and evaluate the Finance team.

Collaborate with other departments to support operational efficiency and business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, and cost control.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.

Detail-oriented, proactive, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.

Experience in the shipping, shipyard, oil & gas, or mining industry will be an advantage.
