Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in financial management, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in related field, with minimum 3 years of managerial experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in financial and accounting systems
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work systematically
• Knowledge of financial analysis, financial planning, risk management, taxation, and applicable financial regulations and compliance
• Knowledge of accounting principles, internal audit, and tax litigation
• Proficiency in Accurate system and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategy and analyze profitability.
• Provide recommendations and make financial decisions related to company financial health.
• Develop and analyze financial statement projections (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).
• Create and manage the annual budget process for all departments.
• Analyze and evaluate budget realization against plans and ensure cost efficiency.
• Supervise and ensure accuracy of COGS calculations for business decisions.
• Analyze cost ratios for online and offline sales to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
• Manage and control company cash flow to maintain operational stability.
• Supervise the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Lead, direct, and develop the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team to achieve targets.

Job description

Manage and control the Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions of the company comprehensively, including planning, supervision, and financial analysis, to ensure the company's financial health, compliance with regulations, and support management decision-making.

Key responsibilities

Develop and analyze pricing strategy and company margins, including profitability analysis

Provide recommendations and make financial decisions related to company financial health

Develop and analyze financial statement projections (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) based on consolidation and budget analysis results

Create and manage the annual budget process for all departments and ensure alignment with company strategy

Analyze and evaluate budget realization against plans and ensure cost efficiency

Supervise and ensure accuracy of COGS calculations as a basis for business decision-making

Analyze cost ratios for online and offline sales to improve company profitability and cost efficiency

About you
