Job summary

PT Esco Chemicals Mitrautama is seeking a Finance Junior Manager to support the Director Operational in overseeing daily and strategic financial functions across the Head Office and Warehouse. The role focuses on maintaining healthy cash flow, minimizing financial risks, and ensuring efficient AP/AR, budgeting, and bank administration in line with management targets.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting with at least five years in a similar finance leadership capacity

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Finance Junior Manager in a financial management role, especially in distribution and trading.
• Familiar with Forex/Valas/Import and Accurate Apps.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director Operational in managing daily and strategic financial functions across Head Office and Warehouse.
• Ensure cash flow is optimized and financial risks are mitigated.
• Oversee AP, AR, budget control and bank administration per policies and targets.
• Manage collection results for operational costs, local trade debt payments/imports and Capex.
• Handle daily cash receipt (DCR) processes.
• Coordinate with banks for facilities (loan, LC, TT) and trade-related services.
• Supervise petty cash and approve local accounts payable for central or warehouse purchases.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inflow vs outflow cashflow reports.
• Review and approve local and imported AP outstanding reports.
• Process import payments in coordination with banks.
• Review purchase requests for local and imported goods.

Job description

Assist the Director Operational in managing and overseeing all daily and strategic financial functions across the Head Office and Warehouse. Ensure optimal management of company cash flow and mitigation of financial risks, while ensuring that financial operational processes (AP, AR, budget control and bank administration) run efficiently and in accordance with policies and targets established by management.

Key responsibilities

Manage Collection Results for routine expenses (Operational Costs, Local Trade Debt Payments / Imports, and Capex)

Manage Daily Cash Receipt (DCR)

Manage correspondence of Bank Facilities: loan, LC, TT and combined trade

Supervise Petty Cash

Supervise and approve Local Accounts Payable, either Central Purchases or Warehouse Purchases

Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly Inflow vs Outflow Cashflow Report

Manage/supervise Local and Imported Accounts Payable Outstanding Report

Process import payments, including coordination with the bank

Review and approval of purchase requests for local and imported goods

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Finance Junior Manager in a financial management position, especially in distribution and trading company

Familiar with Forex/Valas/Import and Accurate Apps

Strong communication and presentation skills

Keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
