Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Finance Executive based in Jakarta Selatan to support financial functions for Renewables, including accounting, capex, cash management, treasury and tax management. You will assist in monthly closes, prepare financial statements, and collaborate with auditors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, 6–8 years of relevant experience, strong English, and proficiency in SAP S4Hana and MS Office; familiarity with LKPM and Bank Indonesia

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Good understanding of Tax compliance and reporting.
• Familiar with LKPM and Bank Indonesia reporting requirements.
• Prior experience with SAP S/4Hana (preferred) and consolidation systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Word and Excel).
• English proficiency in written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Record accounting journals and generate regular reports with reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable, including invoicing and timely payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and daily cash management.
• Process customer billing and monitor accounts receivable aging.
• Assist in budgeting and long-term financial forecasts.
• Support internal and external audits and tax submissions.

Job description

Finance Executive, Based in Jakarta Selatan

Responsible to support financial functions for Renewables in Indonesia markets covering accounting, capital expenditure & cash management, treasury & tax management, insurance to meet operating & strategic business targets

Support the Finance Manager in finance, accounting, and tax operations

Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and the preparation of financial statements

Perform recording of accounting journals and creating daily/weekly/monthly reports with reconciliations for account balances

Assist with tax computation and tax submissions (monthly and annual), including VAT and other local tax filings

Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations

Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments

Execute bank transactions (deposits/payments) and perform timely bank reconciliations

Perform customer billing in accordance with the Company's SOP

Monitor accounts receivable, perform weekly aging review, and follow up on outstanding invoices

Ensure supporting documentation for all financial transactions and legal information is filed and maintained per company policy

Collaborate with project teams to track actual vs. budgeted expenses and revenue

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement

Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for management

Support internal and external auditors during the annual audit process

Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts

Monitor budget performance and collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with financial goals

Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency

Prepare the quarterly LKPM report on OSS and support submission, under the Finance Manager’s review

Prepare Bank Indonesia loan reporting (KPPK & SIUL) and support submission, under the Finance Manager’s review

Qualification & Experiences:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related major

Having 6-8 years related working experience in Finance or Accounting

Good understanding of Tax compliance and reporting

Familiar with financial data for LKPM and Bank Indonesia

Prior experience in SAP S4Hana (preferred) and Groups consolidation system is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Word and Excel)

Have basic Tax certification is a plus

Some experiences in established external audit firm and working for multinational company, will be a plus
