Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Finance Cost Controller to support cost control, budgeting, and project administration. The role requires monitoring expenses, verifying invoices, and producing cost reports to keep projects on track.
You will work with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate financial documentation and maintain organized records for audits and management reviews.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Cost Controller to support our finance control, budgeting, cost monitoring, and project administration functions.
Position: Finance Cost Controller
Reports to: Owner Representative
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control project and operational expenses against approved budgets.
Review, verify, and record invoices, payment requests, reimbursements, and supporting documents.
Prepare cost reports, budget tracking, cash flow summaries, and variance analysis.
Ensure all expenses are properly documented, approved, and allocated to the correct cost category.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding payment documents and cost-related matters.
Support procurement tracking, purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation.
Identify cost inefficiencies, budget overruns, and potential financial risks.
Maintain organized finance records for audit, tax, and management review purposes.
Assist in managing project documentation, timelines, trackers, reports, and administrative filing.
Coordinate project-related documents such as quotations, contracts, vendor documents, delivery notes, invoices, and approvals.
Follow up with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project documents and deliverables are completed on time.
Prepare meeting notes, progress updates, project summaries, and document status reports.
Maintain project expense trackers, payment schedules, procurement trackers, and document control logs.
Support management in monitoring project progress from an administrative and cost-control perspective.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance, cost control, accounting admin, project admin, or similar role.
Strong understanding of budgeting, cost tracking, invoice checking, and document control.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Able to prepare clear reports and organize financial/project data accurately.
Detail-oriented, structured, and able to work with deadlines.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Able to coordinate with vendors, contractors, finance team, and management.
Experience in construction, hospitality, F&B, property, or project-based business is an advantage.

Experience handling project budget tracking or construction/project administration.
Familiar with vendor payment flow, purchase orders, invoices, and approval process.
