Job description

Responsibilities

• Record and monitor the company’s daily cash flow.
• Prepare and manage routine payments such as operational expenses, vendor invoices, and contractor payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are accurately matched with internal records.
• Prepare and verify supporting documents for payment processing and ensure completeness and validity.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure the accuracy of recorded and reported financial data.
• Generate short-term financial reports (weekly/monthly) for internal use.
• Manage petty cash and prepare proper accountability reports.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 year of experience as a Finance Assistant Manager (experience in the real estate industry is a plus).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, but focused on handling day-to-day finance operations.
• Proficient in financial software such as Accurate, Jurnal, or other ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized in documentation, and trustworthy in handling financial data.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) is an advantage.
