Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Finance Cost Controller to support cost control, budgeting, and project administration. The role requires monitoring expenses, verifying invoices, and producing cost reports to keep projects on track.

You will work with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate financial documentation and maintain organized records for audits and management reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in finance, cost control, or project administration.
• Solid budgeting, cost tracking, and invoice checking skills.
• Excellent Excel/Sheets proficiency and data organization abilities.
• Able to communicate clearly and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project and operational expenses against budgets.
• Review and record invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents.
• Prepare cost reports, budget tracking, cash flow summaries, and variances.
• Ensure expenses are documented, approved, and allocated to the correct cost category.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on payment documents.
• Support procurement tracking, purchase requests, orders, and invoice reconciliation.
• Identify cost inefficiencies, budget overruns, and financial risks.
• Maintain finance records for audit, tax, and management reviews.
