PT FCL INTERNASIONAL INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounting team in Jakarta Barat. The role focuses on overseeing financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, and tax compliance, while collaborating with departments to optimize costs and drive financial performance.

You will manage cost controls, analyze variances, prepare management reports, and guide decision-making with accurate financial insights and forecasts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Proficient in handling corporate tax matters.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, general ledger, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Experienced in preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Familiar with tax administration and reporting through the Coretax system.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the accounting team, supervise its activities, and improve overall team performance.
• Ensure the accuracy and review of financial statements and journal entries.
• Calculate company costs, record expenses in detail, analyze costs, identify issues, and provide solutions.
• Prepare cost analysis reports and provide insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Manage the company's accounting and cost control processes, establish cost budgets, and determine profit projections.
• Assist various departments with cost accounting matters and provide cost, expense, and planning indicators.
