Job summary

Adipragata is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee daily finance, accounting, and tax operations in Indonesia. You will prepare statements, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and management reports.

The role requires 3–5 years in finance, strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations, ERP proficiency, and an eye for detail. You will work with auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders to maintain controls and insightful financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting and tax functions.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience in manufacturing, trading, logistics, or related industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance, accounting, and tax operations.
• Prepare financial statements, budgeting reports, cash flow forecasts, and management reports.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely financial reporting.
• Manage tax calculations, reporting, and compliance in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain internal controls and continuously improve financial processes.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
