Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification or certification (such as CPA, CA or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management roles
• Proven experience in financial reporting, accounting controls and compliance management
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with accounting software and financial management systems
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in financial matters
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

DOLARKU is seeking an experienced Finance Controller to join our growing organisation in Tangerang District, Banten. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to take a strategic leadership role in managing our financial operations and ensuring robust financial controls across the organisation. As Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, reporting and compliance, playing a crucial role in supporting the company's financial health and strategic decision-making.
