Job summary

ENNOVI INTEGRATED ENGINEERING SERVICES BATAM is seeking an accounting professional in Batam to manage journal entries, month-end closings, and tax documentation. The role involves coordinating with external auditors and tax authorities, handling asset disposals in Iconnect, and preparing government reports.

The ideal candidate has SAP experience, at least a diploma or degree in accounting, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP and accounting principles.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of full set accounting experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, organized and positive working attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely in the accounting system.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare required documents and schedules for tax audits and tax authority inquiries.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and tax authorities.
• Assist the uploading CER and Asset Disposal/ Transfer to Iconnect system.
• Assist in submitting government reports (PPJ, PPBJ, SINAS, LKPM, SIMODIS).
• Prepare cashflow forecasts.
