Job summary

Mida Trade is seeking an Accounting Officer to manage financial transactions, reporting, and compliance across our accounting systems. You will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate postings in SAP and Accurate.

The role requires a minimum accounting degree, at least 2 years of experience, and proficiency in English. You will work as part of a team, with a strong focus on accuracy, analytics, and detail-oriented processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting required.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Knowledge of SAP and Accurate preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Record and post all transactions to SAP/Accurate.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and post to SAP/Accurate.
• Validate supporting documents for receivables, payables, and related items.
• Prepare weekly budget and disbursement reports.
• Reconcile bank balances with posted SAP transactions.
• Prepare tax reports in coordination with the public accountant.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesia taxation; compile tax reports, invoices, contracts.
• Monitor cash advances liquidation and petty cash management.
• Perform other admin duties as assigned.

Job description

Accounting Officer position responsible for financial transaction recording, reporting, and compliance management using accounting systems and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Timely recording and posting of all transactions and reports to SAP/Accurate

Timely preparation of weekly and monthly reports, as well as posting to SAP/Accurate

Checking, verifying and validation of all supporting documents on all receivables and payables and all other related documents

Preparation of weekly budget and disbursement reports

Do reconciliation of bank balances vs posted transactions in SAP

Prepare Tax Reports and computation in coordination with public accountant

Compilation tax reports, invoices, contracts and make sure company is in compliance with Indonesia taxation

Monitor, follow up, verify and validate liquidation of cash advances of employees and officers

Handle various petty cash and revolving funds

Perform other administrative jobs and other assigned jobs

About you

Minimum Diploma/S1 Any University Degree for Accounting position

Minimum 2 years experiences

Able to speak in English

Self-motivated team player

Highly analytical and keen attention to details

Computer literate and with proficient knowledge in MS Office

Knowledge of taxation

Familiarity in SAP and Accurate preferred

Supervisory or Managerial experience preferred
