Job summary

Entalpia Europe in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee payment & treasury operations, tax compliance, inventory control, and accounts receivable. This role also leads the finance team, coordinates audits, and liaises with auditors, banks, and tax authorities to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading finance and treasury functions.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax reporting standards (PPh, VAT).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Submit payment applications on internal system (OA)
• Check, review & approve payment requests on internal system (OA)
• Send daily deposit report to HQ Finance every workday
• Prepare underlying documents for HQ or foreign currency payments
• Negotiate exchange rate with bank treasury before purchasing USD
• Review all system entries prepared by financial assistant
• Input bank payments, closing & adjustment journals in accounting system (AOL)
• Reconciliation between General Ledger and Tax Report
• Monthly financial statements (Indonesia & China version)
• Weekly revenue report for weekly meeting
• Monthly income tax reports (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), VAT)
• Corporate annual tax return
• Lead tax refund (CIT) on PPh 22 FY2022
• Cooperate with tax inspections and provide required documents
• Liaise with auditors, bank officers & tax officers
• Lead annual audit process
• Monthly stock counting at warehouse with financial assistant
• Prepare & submit collection letters to customers overdue more than 30 days
• Lead data preparation (e.g., opening balance) for SAP migration from AOL
• Supervise and train the financial assistant; allocate daily finance tasks
• Other assignments from leader
