PT Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic Indonesia is seeking a Finance Clerk to join our dynamic finance team in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting daily finance operations for our manufacturing and logistics division.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, strong MS Office skills, and attention to detail. Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Maintain and organise financial records and documentation according to policies and regulations.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including data entry and verification.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cash management activities.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve financial queries.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.

About the role

This full-time position is based in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat, and plays a vital role in supporting the financial operations of our manufacturing and logistics division. As a Finance Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing essential support to the finance department.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Maintain and organise financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including data entry and verification
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cash management activities
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve financial queries and issues
• Assist in the organization and filing of financial documents and ensuring proper document storage
• Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing procedures

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel and Word
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial record-keeping
• Good communication skills in Indonesian and English (verbal and written), Able to know Mandarin will be advantage
