Job summary

PT Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic Indonesia, based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java, seeks a Finance & Accounting Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) to lead the accounting team and oversee financial reporting for our manufacturing facility.

You will supervise daily activities, ensure accurate GL/AP/AR, manage audits, and ensure tax compliance while liaising with auditors and authorities. Mandarin ability is preferred in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English; Mandarin speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the accounting team, including staff scheduling and development.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, GL, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions per accounting standards and company policies.
• Monitor and control AP/AR processes including invoice processing and payment authorisation.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports and reconciliations for management review.
• Maintain compliance with local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular audits of accounting processes and implement improvements.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
• Support development and implementation of accounting policies and internal controls.
• Manage the finance and accounting budget and monitor departmental expenditures.
