Job summary

Peoplyee is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead accounting, taxation, and financial reporting in Jakarta. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and internal controls, guiding the finance team to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

With at least five years of relevant experience and certifications (Brevet A/B/C), you will coordinate audits, tax reporting, and financial analysis to improve business performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Brevet A, B, and C tax certifications.
• THR (Lebaran Allowance): 1 month of salary
• Transportation allowance: IDR 44,000 per day
• Meal allowance: IDR 40,000 per day
• Position allowance: IDR 300,000 per month
• Private medical insurance after obtaining permanent employee status
• Overtime pay in accordance with government regulations

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, banking, and internal controls.
• Manage daily finance and accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, taxation, inventory, and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate annual budget and financial forecast preparation and provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve business performance.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to the relevant government authorities.
• Manage corporate tax reporting, compliance, and communication with tax authorities and external tax consultants.
• Monitor financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and appropriate accounting treatment.
• Develop and improve finance and accounting processes in accordance with applicable Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Coordinate and support external financial audits and ensure the timely completion of required documentation.
• Lead, guide, and train the Accounting Team and relevant departments on applicable accounting standards and regulatory updates.
