Job summary

PT SAI Indonesia is seeking a Finance Administration Superintendent (Supervisor) to oversee financial and administrative activities, ensuring timely reporting, proper payroll administration, and tax compliance. You will prepare the annual budget, coordinate policies, and guide the team to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.

This role requires a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Accounting with 2–4 years of supervisory experience, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Accounting required.
• 2–4 years of supervisory or senior staff experience in relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, administration, tax and payroll processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the company's annual financial budget.
• Prepare and ensure financial reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Develop and coordinate the unit's work plans and ensure effective implementation.
• Coordinate with other units regarding accounting and administrative policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance, coaching and corrective actions to team members.
• Maintain confidentiality of company data and oversee tax and payroll administration.
