Job summary

PT Nayue Kosmetik Indonesia, a growing OEM cosmetics company, seeks a Finance Accounting Supervisor to oversee finance, accounting and taxes, while ensuring cash flow and accurate financial reporting. The role requires at least an Associate Degree in Accounting and 3+ years in related functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with SAP Business One or Accurate, and proficient English and Mandarin. Willingness to be based in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate Degree in Accounting.
• Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and taxes for at least 3 years.
• Experience as Finance Accounting Supervisor for at least 3 years in manufacturing or related industry.
• Good knowledge of invoicing and journaling in finance and accounting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Excel, SAP Business One/Accurate system.
• Good in English and Mandarin.

• Manage cash flow, create financial reports, ensure all finance, accounting and taxes operations run smoothly.
