Job summary

PT SAI Indonesia is seeking a Finance Administration Superintendent (Supervisor) to oversee financial and administrative activities, ensuring timely reporting, proper payroll administration, and tax compliance. You will prepare the annual budget, coordinate policies, and guide the team to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.

This role requires a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Accounting with 2–4 years of supervisory experience, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or distribution.

About the role
PT SAI Indonesia is looking for a Finance Administration Superintendent (Supervisor) to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial and administrative activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, effective collection management, and proper execution of accounting, tax, and payroll administration.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and manage the company's annual financial budget.

Prepare and ensure financial reports are accurate and submitted on time.

Develop and coordinate the unit's work plans and ensure effective implementation.

Coordinate with other units regarding accounting and administrative policies and procedures.

Provide guidance, coaching, and appropriate corrective actions to team members in accordance with company procedures.

Maintain the confidentiality of company data and oversee tax and payroll administration.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Accounting.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience at supervisor level or as a senior staff, preferably within the cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, and/or distribution industry.

Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, administration, tax, and payroll processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
