Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry and mathematical accuracy.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents according to policies and procedures.
• Record and analyze computerized financial information using journals and ledgers.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
• Audit cashier banks periodically according to SOPs and maintain petty cash and contracts.
• Act as liaison between property and banking institutions and participate in audits.
• Follow all company policies and maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.
