Job summary

BIGHOT RESTAURANT INDONESIA in Jakarta is seeking a Finance Admin to manage daily financial transactions, reconcile settlements, and monitor payables and receivables to support our expanding F&B operations. You will record journal entries, prepare settlement reports, and assist month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Fundamental accounting principles; AP/AR knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience in Finance or Accounting in F&B is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sales settlements across outlets, reconciling cash, EDC, QRIS, gateways, and online platforms.
• Verify and match transaction documents, invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
• Process and monitor vendor payments and incoming funds from various channels.
• Reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable balances and follow up on discrepancies.
• Record daily financial transactions and journal entries in the accounting system.
• Prepare daily settlement reports for monthly closing and audit purposes.
