Job summary

Evolene Group is seeking an diligent Accountant to support financial operations in Indonesia. You will maintain accounting records and documentation, validate transactions, and track expenses, contributing to timely month-end closings.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics and 1–2 years of accounting experience, with familiarity in PSAK/ISAK. SAP experience is a plus, and candidates from consulting or FMCG are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting/tax.
• Experience from consulting or FMCG is preferred.
• Familiarity with PSAK/ISAK.
• Strong basic knowledge in accounting and tax.
• Knowledge of fixed asset and inventory accounting.
• Experience using SAP accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records filing and documentation system.
• Check and validate accounting transactions as procedures and guidelines.
• Track transactional accounts and costs/expenses.
• In charge of month-end closing process.
• Execute reconciliation processes as standard and procedure.
• Provide data for Tax Reconciliation Report between expenses and tax payable.
• Validate taxes related to procured goods and services.
• Ensure monthly management accounts and all supporting schedules (balance sheets) are prepared timely and accurately.

Job description

• Maintaining accounting records filing and documentation system.
• Checking and validating accounting transaction as procedure and guidelines.
• Tracking transactional account and cost / expense.
• In charge of every month end closing process.
• Executing reconciliation process as standard and procedure.
• Provide data of Tax Reconciliation Report between Expenses, Tax Payable
• Validating taxes related with the procured goods and services
• Ensure all the monthly management accounts with all its supporting schedules (mainly all the balance sheets accounts) are prepared in a timely and accurate manners.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting / Tax field.
• Candidate from consulting companies / FMCG would be preferable
• Familiarity with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standard (PSAK, ISAK).
• Strong basic knowledge in Accounting & Tax
• Knowledge in Fixed Asset & Inventory Accounting.
• Having experience in using SAP Accounting Software would be an advantage.
