Yayasan Pendidikan Harapan Bangsa Indonesia is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to manage daily transactions, supporting tax compliance and financial reporting. You will maintain ledgers, ensure accuracy, and assist with audits to uphold regulatory standards.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting with Brevet A & B certification, at least 5 years of hands-on experience, and proficiency in Accurate Accounting Software and Excel.
Financial Recordkeeping: Process, record, and maintain daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries using Accurate Accounting Software.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly/annual closing reports.
Tax Administration & Compliance: Compute, prepare, and file corporate/individual taxes, ensuring strict compliance with local tax regulations and reporting deadlines (including PPh 21/23/26/4(2)/25, PPN, e-Faktur, e-SPT, and e-Bupot).
Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, customer balances, and tax accounts to ensure data accuracy.
Document Management: Maintain organized, complete, and confidential financial records, invoices, tax invoices (Faktur Pajak), and payment vouchers.
Audit & Internal Support: Support internal and external audit processes, as well as tax audits, by preparing required schedules and supporting documentation.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Mandatory Certification: MUST HOLD A VALID BREVET A & B CERTIFICATION.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and tax functions.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, integrity, and the ability to meet tight tax and financial deadlines.
