Job summary

IKA GROUP is seeking an accounting professional to record and process daily financial transactions in line with Indonesian standards. The role supports monthly financial reporting and ensures data integrity across ledgers and documents.

You will prepare and verify invoices, reconcile bank statements, assist with balance sheets and notes to financial statements, and support internal and external audits. A Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting with 2–3 years of experience and proficiency in MYOB,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of work experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) and Indonesian accounting principles.
• Proficient in MYOB, Accurate, SAP or other modern accounting systems.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial report preparation.

Responsibilities

• Record and process daily financial transactions accurately in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare and verify accounting documents such as transaction evidence, bank reports, and account reconciliation.
• Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliation to maintain data consistency.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and notes to financial statements.
• Check and verify invoices, purchase orders, and other supporting documents before payment.
• Manage adjustment journals and post transactions to the accounting system with high precision.
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation and explanations.
• Identify and report discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial records for corrective action.

About you

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial report preparation
• Knowledge of Indonesian taxation and tax reporting obligations
• Strong analytical ability to identify trends and anomalies in financial data
