Job summary

PT Dunia Pancing Indonesia is seeking an experienced accounting and tax supervisor to oversee all accounting processes, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain tax compliance in Indonesia.

You will lead a finance team, coordinate with external auditors, and develop tax planning strategies to improve efficiency while delivering timely statutory reports.

Qualifications

• Must have S1 in accounting.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting & tax with supervisor/manager experience.
• Understanding of financial reporting preparation and analysis.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian taxation, including PPh and PPN.
• Familiar with tax reporting via systems like CoreTax and e-Faktur.
• Able to perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Holding Tax Certificates A & B.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.

Manage and oversee the company's overall accounting processes (recording, financial reporting)

Prepare and ensure compliance with tax reporting (PPh, PPN, etc.) in accordance with applicable regulations

Conduct tax planning (tax planning) for company efficiency

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Ensure account reconciliation processes run accurately and on time

Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants

Manage and ensure compliance with the latest tax regulations

Oversee the finance/accounting team in daily operations

Create financial analysis and projections to support management decisions

About you

Minimum S1 education in accounting

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting & tax, with experience as a supervisor/manager

Understand the preparation and analysis of financial reports

Understand Indonesian taxation, including PPh and PPN

Understand the tax reporting process through applicable tax systems, including coretax and e-faktur

Able to perform reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial reports

Master Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Have tax certificate A & B

Have good analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
