PT Pembiayaan Digital Indonesia seeks a seasoned tax leader to oversee timely filing of all monthly and annual tax returns, including PPh 23/26, PPh 4(2), PPN and corporate tax, while ensuring compliant e-invoices and withholding certificates.
The role requires coordinating tax audits, handling objections and litigation with external counsel, supervising transfer pricing documentation, and building a high-performing tax team aligned with fintech regulatory requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns monthly and annual, including PPh 23/26 (withholding tax), PPh 4(2) (final tax), PPN (VAT) and PPh Badan (corporate income tax)
Ensure e-invoices and withholding certificates are compliant and traceable
Reconcile tax accounts with the general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure books-tax consistency
Lead responses to tax audits and prepare audit defense documentation
Negotiate and resolve tax assessments where appropriate
Manage tax objections, appeals and litigation processes in coordination with external tax counsel
Ensure transfer pricing compliance for related-party transactions; prepare Master File, Local File and CbC Report documentation
Review intercompany transactions and pricing policies to ensure arm's-length compliance
Monitor and interpret Indonesian digital economy tax rules and fintech regulations; assess business impact and plan ahead
Build, lead and develop the tax team; set KPIs, provide coaching and manage performance
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field
7+ years of progressive tax experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role
Experience in fintech / digital lending / financial services is a strong plus
Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax law (UU PPh, UU PPN) and recent amendments; proficiency with DJP Online, e-Faktur, e-Bupot
Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics)
Understanding of fintech (P2P / credit platform) regulatory and tax frameworks
Fluent in English (business-level written and spoken) — able to independently handle English tax documents and communicate with the Group / foreign counterparts
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; high integrity and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
