Job summary

P.T. STARLEAD TECHNOLOGY is seeking a Finance Accounting Officer in Tangerang to manage financial records, prepare reports, and support management decisions. The role requires collaboration with sales, inventory, and procurement teams to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, Indonesian retail experience, and proficiency in accounting software, with Mandarin communication skills as a plus. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage receivable processes, ensuring timely payment of invoices and receipt of outstanding funds.
• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor and manage cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations and prepare cash flow projections based on sales and operational needs.
• Provide analysis on financial data to support management's decision-making, track key retail financial metrics like gross profit margin, sales-to-stock ratios, and inventory turnover.
• Maintain and improve accounting software and financial reporting systems and implement best practices in financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with the sales, inventory, and procurement teams to ensure cohesive financial operations and provide financial insights and training to relevant staff members.
